- Developed the SolidWorks gauge-block automation prototype for fracture-plate inspection tooling.
- Modified an in-house forceps model from redlines using SolidWorks 3D-curve tools.
- Restructured the Vendor Extranet file system to align with the SolidWorks PDM Vault.
- Supported material-review work and torque-test activities for a screw recall assessment.
- Repaired a Stratasys Objet 3D printer and documented the operating procedure.
- Developed a Python program for clearer surgeon communication around patient-specific implant visualization.
- Created interdepartmental training on part-numbering and manufacturing workflows.
- Supported returned-product disposition through material review board processes.
- Completed quality inspection and product-conformity work in a regulated environment.
